Strawberry Pie

1 9 in. pie shell

4 cups strewberries, washed, remove stems

1 tbs. Lemon juice

1 cup sugar

3 tbs. corn starch

¼ cup water

Cut strawberries in half. Lay 2 cups strawberries in pie shell. Remaining 2 cups of strawberries, mash. Combine, Lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch and water. Bring to a boil and cook til thick and clear. Cool slightly and pour over berries in pie shell. Cool, cover with whipped cream.
